You have two payment options:
1. Online by card
At checkout please select Netopia Payments. Netopia Payments is the leading card processor in Romania. Your data is safe with them; HipHip does not store or see in any way your card data.Accepted Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard.
2. Bank transfer
Payment should be done in advance into our account. You can choose to pay to our EUR or RON account.

Cash at delivery is NOT possible at the moment for international deliveries.
There are two shipping options available for most countries, both are tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email.
1. STANDARD - 5-10 business days (see each country in the table below)
The package leaves from our warehouse with Packeta.com; they transport the package into your country and turn it over to a well known local courier that does the delivery at your doorstep. For instance currently in France Packeta works with Collisimo and in Germany with DHL.
STANDARD shipping orders are usually dispatched 3 times a week (this is taken into consideration for delivery time specified for each country).
2. GLS - 3-5 working days.
Dispatched daily from our warehouse (working days).
*Please note that during very busy periods (like Black Friday), it may take longer to dispatch and deliver the orders.
Free shipping within EU countries with STANDARD delivery for orders of minimum 900 RON (approx 185 EUR).

TAX & DUTIES
HipHip is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers must pay for these in full. HipHip has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we advise you to contact your local customs office to understand what the thresholds are in your destination country. This will allow you to know what duties may be applicable to receive your package, before you place your order. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, these are circumstances beyond our control.
We are happy to refund any item within 14 days from date of arrival under the condition that the item is returned in its original perfect condition and all labels are attached.
Some items such as detergents, soaps, underwear, socks and stockings are not returnable items. However, you can return socks or stockings as long as all labels and seals are intact and the product has not been tried on.
1. Fill in the online return form for each product you are returning. You’ll need the email address in your order and the order number.
2. Reply to the automated email received after submitting your form. (you only need to reply to one email in case you are returning multiple items).
The return postage is paid by you, the customer.
There are 2 shipping options for your return:

2. We can send a GLS courier to pick up your return. The price is the same as shipping via GLS, as shown in the table above.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
The refund will be fulfilled according to the payment method chosen for your order.
Exchanges are not possible. You will need to return the item and go through the return procedure and place a new order for the product you need.
